We broker insurance and provide, independently thereof, insurance consulting as well for business clients (with brokering).
Consulting, brokering and servicing is basically free for clients since the broker’s commission is basically assumed by the insurer and is a component of the premium. When brokering net products there is a separate fee agreement obliging the client to pay the fee. With net products, the brokerage fee is not included in the insurance premium. We do not receive any other payments or gratuities for brokering. As insurance consultants we invoice business clients on a fee basis according to an agreement.
If you as a client are not satisfied with our services and wish to complain you may do so in writing or by email addressed to our complaint office.
Email: firstname.lastname@example.org, telephone number: 089 38177-0. For details, please see our website www.schunck.de.
