Our special solutions
All-risk insurance for rail-bound vehicles
The Rail Protect Property Insurance (RPPI) – developed by us – offers you the opportunity to insure your rail-bound vehicles (locomotives, power cars, railcars, passenger trains, wagons, etc.) on basis of an all-risks insurance policy. The insurance covers damages caused by accidents, fires, operating errors, negligence, faulty design and execution errors and a lot more. The RPPI can be customised to your individual needs.
Standard market exclusions such as acts of war, nuclear energy, wear and tear or wilful act are not covered.
All-risk insurance for rail-bound machinery
Rail Protect Machinery Insurance (RPMI) is our insurance solution developed in-house specifically for rail-bound machinery such as track tamping machines, ballast levelling machines, high-speed construction machines, road-rail excavators, etc. This all-risks insurance covers all unforeseen types of property damage, such as accidents, fires, operating errors, negligence, design or execution errors.
Our insurance solution is flexible in terms of scope of cover, limits and deductibles and can be customised to meet individual requirements.
