We broker insurance and, independently of this, also offer insurance advice (without intermediation) for business customers.
The consulting, brokerage and support activities are basically free of charge for clients, as the brokerage fee is paid by the insurer and is part of the premium. A separate remuneration agreement is concluded for the brokerage of net products, which obliges the client to pay the remuneration. For net products, the brokerage fee is not included in the insurance premium. We do not receive any other payments for the brokerage. As insurance consultants, we charge business clients on a fee basis as agreed.
If you as a customer are dissatisfied with our services and wish to complain, you can contact our complaints department in writing or by e-mail.
